DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am PST will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Order processing will not take place on major US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day).

• Free UPS or FedEx GROUND shipping for domestic orders over $250
• UPS or FedEx Ground for domestic orders under $250 are determined by weight
• UPS or FedEx Next business day shipping costs determined on weight
• UPS or FedEx 2 business day shipping costs determined on weight
• UPS or FedEx 3 business day shipping costs determined on weight

*For Alaska or Hawaii orders, please allow 6-10 business days for standard shipping (Parcel Post) and 2 to 3 business days for express shipping (Priority).

*At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.*

We currently ship internationally to the following territories:

• Canada
• Mexico
• United Kingdom

*All international orders placed will be shipped USPS International Express Mail estimated by weight and will arrive generally within 7 business days depending on location.

*Orders received by 11am PST, Mon-Fri, will be shipped out that same day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

*If you have special delivery instructions, just include a note in the Comments box upon placing your order. We’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Customs: Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars.

POSSIBLE DELAYS for international shipping subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Your billing address MUST match your credit card information to place an order with nakedtruthlifestyle.com. Your shipping address may be different. Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver’s license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand if you need to return/exchange the item.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging materials, including garment bags. Items purchased from stateandmanor.com are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not reimbursed.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from stateandmanor.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to stateandmanor.com. This amount will be subtracted from your return.

Should you place a domestic order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to stateandmanor.com along with a 20% restocking fee.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we ship your order and it will include your tracking number that you can click on to view the status.
